• Strategic projects:o Planned and coordinated the movement of a major international shipper connecting to seven ramps over six states.o Built and leveraged Power BI reporting to take advantage of available aircraft capacity across the Midwest to service a large international customer. Identified 100 zips codes to transfer saving >$10K in savings annually. Worked with a peer to produce a similar map looking at all zips nationwide.o Creating feature layers to be used with emaps.• Region lead for software and techo Exposed the engineers to Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and GIS. o Developed several SMEs across the region to leverage these technologies.o Coordinated multiple trainings to be assessable for all engineers on a corporate level.o Coordinated the use of said trainings to be virtual learning for future engineers.• Led the district-wide implementation of Virtual Check Ride, resulting in improved visibility of courier activity and performance management of deficient driver behavior.• Benchmarked, tested releases, and rewrote On-Road Best Practices used by managers and engineers across the country.
