I'm a knowledgeable Technical Product | Project | Program Manager with experience in leading diverse cross-functional teams, managing product initiatives, and utilizing best practices to deliver on strategic business objectives. I've successfully managed the technology refresh of the audio platform for all GoTo collaboration products resulting in an engineering productivity boost and a dramatic increase in the release frequency from 4 times per year to a daily platform release. This additionally resulted in less than 50% of the insfrastructure costs to host the platform services. I also led the design and implementation of several features for the GoTo collaboration products that serve approximately 1 billion minutes of audio per month. I worked with cross functional teams across GoTo to accelerate the adoption of our new suite of collaboration apps across our entire customer base.My unique blend of technical acumen, agile leadership, and product management skills have resulted in successful product feature launches.
