Responsible for distribution, global purchasing and logistics for three facilities located in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Organized, monitored and led a team of 8 direct reports and 48 indirect in the global procurement, distribution and delivery of materials in excess of $65M.

Managed and directed 36 material professional in the areas of global purchasing and sourcing, forecasting, inventory and manufacturing planning and product development. The team was located in the U.S. and China and managed over 25,000 SKU’s.

Developed, managed, and led a team of 18 material professionals in procurement of over $250M of commodities ranging from complex systems and subsystems to electro-mechanical assemblies. Negotiated, established and managed OEM joint ventures, Third Party Contract Manufacturing and complex purchasing agreements on a global basis.

Established and managed a Contract/Subcontract organization consisting of 4 direct reports and $50 million in Contract/Subcontract responsibility.
