Business unit owner of the eligibility and enrollment and benefits administration solution for SHPS. Responsibilities include budget ownership, operational oversight, staff management and personnel development for a team of 130 people. The team consists of management personnel, technical analysts, a call center, and IT staff. In addition, this position owns the strategic guidance, product development and vendor management for benefits administration. Finally, handled contract negotiations and initial drafting of agreements for the business unit.
