Directly responsible for understanding the business processes and use of systems’ data for the Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations in order to map, transform, and migrate the data into the new target system accurately and without data loss.Direct oversight of all aspects of data migration tasks including maintaining data mapping templates, directing the development team, data validation, and managing all reported data migration issues assuring that they are actioned and closed in a timely manner by the functional business leads.Current duties also include monitoring and maintaining more than 20 corporate MS SQL databases correcting issues as they arise as well as creating and maintaining DTS and SSIS packages and assuring that they run successfully on schedule.

Solely responsible for all aspects of CRM administration for 5 different CRM platforms including iAvenue, Siebel CRM, ACT!, SalesLogix, and Salesforce.com. Responsible for managing user licenses and access rights, maintaining data integrity, creating and maintaining workflows, training end-users, creating detailed functional documentation, providing first and second line support, and creating user and management reports.Directly responsible working with department heads to identify process pain-points and conduct solution analysis including product comparison, vendor analysis and selection, and roll-out of several add-on products to solve the business challenges including Paribus Discover data quality software, Knowledge Sync business activity monitoring software, and Infor Integrity Checker. Created processes incorporating SQL DTS packages and SQL scripts to keep disparate systems’ data aligned, including product pricing, strategic customer pricing agreements, and customer delivery lead times.
