My real estate career began as a leasing agent in Tampa Florida where I also attended USF. Regionally recognized for leasing sales and achieving a degree in Finance, this led to an opportunity in Anchorage, Alaska to run a state of the art self storage facility from the ground up to over 95% consistent occupancy. I became a Realtor in 2008 and full-time in 2009. From 2009 - 2011, I was a top producing individual agent and in 2011-2016 owned/operated a regionally ranked real estate team with Keller Williams Alaska Group. In 2016, I accepted an opportunity to be the CEO of Keller Williams Highlands Ranch in Denver, Colorado. I excelled in that position from 2016-2021. This led to a role as a Regional Director in Colorado, Texas, and California for the Kristan Cole Network (KCN). 2022-2023 Director of Expansion for KCN to oversee and have an active role in growth (recruiting and retention). In November of 2023, I accepted the role of Team Leader and CEO of Keller Williams Integrity in Cherry Creek (Denver, CO). My position in the Team Leader role consists of leading our Leadership Team, Growth, both internal and external, Agent Retention, Coaching and Training of KWI Realtors.
