For 14 years worked in the Production Department (Commercial Services) of the Derry Journal Group of Newspaper, having begun with manual paste-up before the move to full page on-screen electronic make-up in 1999. Various roles included graphic design, page manager ensuring editorial/advertising targets were met and printing deadlines adhered to.
