Patrick is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and a Certified Practicing Valuer in NSW having over 25 years experience in valuation across most property types.Patrick completed his Bachelor of Business (Land Economy) in 1991 at the University of Western Sydney (Hawkesbury). He began working life at Ray White Auburn as a Property Manager. He entered the valuation field in 1994 with a small valuation firm at Parramatta specialising in Residential Valuations in Sydney's Western, South Western and Southern Suburbs.In 2004 Patrick joined Egan National Valuers where he gained valuable industry knowledge working alongside a highly experienced team of valuers in all property sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential. Patrick branched out into undertaken large volume portfolio work including valuations on behalf of the NSW Police, Defence Housing Authority and Charles Sturt University.In 2011 Patrick joined McGees Property (NSW) commencing there in a Senior Valuer role where he wass involved in a broad range of valuation and consultancy work. While at McGees, Patrick continued his portfolio work on behalf of NPWS and Statutory Land Value Objections. While at McGees, Patrick developed an interest in undertaking Strata work which had included Unit Entitlement Allocations, Common Property and Insurance Valuations.In 2013 Patrick joined Opteon Property Sydney as a Senior residential Valuer. Patrick has utilised his valuations skills in a variety of work where he has mentored junior valuers mainly in Residential Valuations. Patrick continues to undertake specialist residential valuation work within the southern and south west suburbs of Sydney
