  In 1975 my dream was to own a company that would provide better work than what I experienced out there. I grew the company until I discovered I liked it better small. Our youngest son eventually got out of the car business and worked with me, Ben now runs the company and has taken us from a Ma/Pa carpet cleaning company to including full service water damage, mold and sewage cleanup. Several years ago he started Pilchuck Flooring, selling, installing and repairing carpet, laminate, LVT, vinyl, engineered wood and wood floors. We have a 5,000 sf shop & office we work out of in downtown Everett. We don't advertise, instead relying on repeat business and referrals. We appreciate our customers loyalty and friendship.
