Training of Fire & Life Safety Directors for written and building specific on-site testing. Provide fire and emergency action plan drills to the fire brigade and tenants at high rise office buildings.Provide annual Brigade and Warden training at Mulligan sites Prepare building specific fire safety and emergency action plans for high rise office buildings. Ensure proper record keeping at all Mulligan sites. Correspond with the FDNY regarding Fire Safety/EAP director license renewals, scheduling of on-site tests and the updating of building fire safety and emergency action plans. Collaborate with property managers to prepare for impending emergencies and answer questions on the NYC fire code

Responsible for the command and control of a Battalion of firehouses. Supervise the operations of fire companies at fire scenes, emergencies, inspections and during fire training drills. Coordinate activities at fires and emergencies with outside agencies and/or the public including NYPD, DSNY, DOB, Red Cross, OEM, utility companies, press agencies, building engineers and fire safety directors. Intermediary between FDNY upper Staff and field units. Attend NYC Borough Community Board meetings. Document particulars of all fire and emergency incidents on the computerized New York Fire Incident Reporting System (NYFIRS). Conduct fire safety building inspections. Conduct performance evaluations of pertinent staff. Oversee personnel scheduling and various administrative duties. Conduct investigations of specific fire house issues and/or problems.
