Deployment Analyst – Absence, Benefits & Data Conversion Responsibilities: Guide customers through the data gathering process to convert customer data into Workday during the initial Align & Confirm stage of Workday software implementation. Understand client business requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation of those requirements collected during the conversion process. Transform customer data using Workday’s data conversion tools. Configure the Workday solution to deliver the initial tenant. Analyze and creatively resolve issues as required. Participate actively to improve processes and exceed team goals. Collaborate with other internal Workday teams to develop and expand software tools for the Align & Confirm stage of deployment. Expertise in the Medium Enterprise deployment methodology, data conversion tool set, and Workday product suite foundation. Employ Workday’s Align & Confirm prescriptive approach to deploying software in all customer interactions. Complete work assigned by project manager within the budgeted time allocated. Provide an awesome customer experience to drive superior satisfaction scores. Participate in update training and other events to help share best practices and product knowledge with other consultants. Technical Analyst Responsibilities: Maintenance and configuration of OBA; an xml based web application and database system provided to ADP clients for the management of their internal Health and Welfare benefits for their employee’s. Ability to use various programs used for database queries. Resolution of any errors that may occur between OBA system and internal or external systems. Maintain multiple clients with complex processes. Knowledge of reports, files and resources to expedite resolution of issues. Creation of off cycle reports per client request. Understanding of how to prioritize responsibilities to provide best service to clients and maintain service level agreements. Participation in internal and external meetings to ensure continuity between work groups.
