In June 2016 I became an owner of The Bone BBQ and oversee all catering services, concession locations, food truck operations, and social media. This role has enabled me to work alongside several breweries, wineries, and businesses seeking to arrange special events for their employees, customers, and/or partners. Our concession locations have provided me the opportunity to collaborate with both Aramark and Legends, two of the largest food management companies in the world. This branch of the organization has also given me the chance to build relationships with Monumental Sports & Entertainment and Live Nation.In the 2016 calendar year, with the help of our dedicated staff, I led the charge in growing our catering department by over 50% and have arranged our services for weddings, graduations, birthdays, fundraisers, retirements, company events, etc. In 2017 I will be focused on building our catering sales team to expand our reach in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.

Oversaw all catering services as well as managed The Bone's concession stand located at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. At the Verizon Center I was able to build relationships with both Monumental Sports & Entertainment as well as Aramark.In this position I developed experience in quick service dining, organizing catering events up to 500 guests, and interfacing with multiple restaurant locations FOH and BOH staff to ensure success for the above. During the 2015 Quicken Loans National Tournament we provided our catering services for a party thrown by Rickie Fowler. Attendees included Tiger Woods, Justin Thomas, and Jimmy Walker.
