Pat has devoted his professional career to exploring creative innovation in entertainment and recreation. While studying music and theater at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Pat gave birth to the New Colony Six, a highly successful rock band. After four albums, two national hit singles and years touring, Pat formed his own publishing company, Sanctuary Music, which he would sell to United Artists. By the late 70's, he had developed a recording studio, formed a production company, and was producing top selling children's records and radio dramas, as well as creating sound tracks for many of the country's top entertainment destinations. Increasingly drawn to the unlimited creative challenges of these entertainment and leisure destinations, he formed today's McBride Company, the creative edge in the design, development and strategic planning of restaurants, museums, casinos, retail centers, theaters, resorts and entertainment destinations for an expansive roster of clients including Universal Studios, Caesar's Entertainment, Margaritaville Holdings, Simon Property Group, Hard Rock Cafe and Walt Disney Company to name a few. Pat has appeared on CNN and in the pages of Newsweek, USA Today and the Robb Report and is a sought after lecturer.
