As the Director of Transfer Admission and First-Year Recruitment, I work closely with senior enrollment leaders in the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of transfer and first-year admission programs and initiatives. I collaborate with various campus partners and external stakeholders to develop and execute innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies. I am skilled in public speaking, strategic thinking, creative ideation, and interpersonal communication. My mission is to contribute to the professional and personal growth of team members and student workers within my department as we work to create a welcoming and supportive enrollment and recruitment process for prospective student and their families.
