Current• Assist with the integration of new company policies• Responsible for managing the daily branch operationso Manage daily production to optimize efficiency and outputo Manage warehouse staff’s effectiveness, attendance o Make sure operations have the supplies they need for production• Responsible for maintaining equipment so that all is in safe and good operating conditiono All safety features are in good working ordero All equipment is maintained and ready for production• Responsible for quality control • Manage and oversee purchasing and inventory• Manage and oversee shipping and receiving• Formulate a written plan to continually improve process efficiencies, throughput, efficiency/costs, and general organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and fabrication facility.• Main point of contact for the landlord; understand what is “our responsibility under the lease”, and what is the landlord’s responsibility.• Communicating Daily, Weekly Priorities and Scheduling• Team Building and coaching where applicable• Reduce the daily backlog by 1-2 days.• Build a stocked inventory of frequently sold assemblies so that they can be shipped the same day. Set and maintain unit number goals for "Concrete Pumping hose" communities, "Tested Water Blast" hose assemblies, and other production assemblies where shelf-stock will speed up customer service.o All products out of the aisles, onto a rack or bin locationso Like products stored together, eliminate multiple locations of the same item if slots are less than fullo All locations marked and physical locations consistent with system locations• Ensure that the product is rotated on a FIFO basis such that the oldest inventory is pulled first where applicable.• Work with inventory management to reduce scrap/dead inventory levels.• Monitors compliance with safety guidelines, builds awareness about safety and reports any safety concerns to management
