Current• Led the strategic planning revisit conducted in 2021 in collaboration with the Executive Director, establishing north stars and an updated theory of change.• Create interdepartmental alignment related to development, engagement, marketing, programming, technology, evaluation, and operations to streamline organizational efficiency.• Worked with an outside consulting firm to craft a value proposition for Tutoring Chicago.• Establish relationships with key donors and foundations… Show more • Led the strategic planning revisit conducted in 2021 in collaboration with the Executive Director, establishing north stars and an updated theory of change.• Create interdepartmental alignment related to development, engagement, marketing, programming, technology, evaluation, and operations to streamline organizational efficiency.• Worked with an outside consulting firm to craft a value proposition for Tutoring Chicago.• Establish relationships with key donors and foundations through a variety of stewardship efforts including direct outreach, site visits, and ongoing follow up.• Work alongside the Executive Director to develop an annual budget of $1.7 million.• Lead organizational growth by developing scaled systems and processes.• Drive all hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.• Conduct annual reviews for employees, providing feedback, and establishing goals.• Oversee employee optimization, relations, and human resources.• Provide coaching, problem solving, feedback, create accountability measures, and strategizes with staff at all levels of the organization.• Ensure efficient, safe, and effective operations for weekly tutoring of over 1000 students.• Manage the evaluation team to ensure data is collected for summative growth, outcomes, and outputs that best represent our impact and progress as organization.• Develop efficient, optimal, and digestible program model and tutor training in line with our theory of change.
