About Patrick Mccune

Started in the HVAC business in 1994. Attended technical school at night and completed the NC Dept of labor Journeyman Apprentice program sponsored through Bass Air Conditioning. I continued to work there for 8 years where I had many opportunities for advancement. After leaving Bass I went to work for Tecogen and serviced and repaired natural gas engine driven chillers. I worked for them for 4 years and being on the road was getting old so I took a job with Commercial Mechanical Systems for about 18 months where I had the opportunity to go into Service Sales. In November of 2007 I had the opportunity to go to work for Johnson Controls Inc.Specialties: HVAC Service, Sales, Trouble Shooting, Piping, Brazing, Electrical, Controls. Purchasing Equipment, Load calculations, Budgeting, Delivery and installations.Energy audits, bench-marking buildings, analyzing customers maintenance programs and ensuring it is done correctly.Evaluating old equipment and determining if it is better to replace or repair.
