Responsibilities: • Identify top talent and qualified professionals in the IT industry using various resources • Evaluate resumes, conduct in-depth phone calls, facilitate in-person interviews, and work with managerial and supervisory references to determine strengths and weaknesses of candidates • Communicate with Account Managers to identify the best candidates for open positions and determine target accounts and skill sets • Negotiate terms of employment including wages and benefits • Continually research the local IT market and Identify trends within clients
