Level 4 and 5 support for the Netcool Shared Infrastructure. This environment is supporting over 90 accounts utilizing IBM’s GSMA standard configuration of Netcool Omnibus environment. • Maintain and update object servers, probes (mttrapd, eif, ping), Impact and Web GUI products in the Netcool suite of tools. Maintain, configure and update IBM GSMA proprietary software for the standard processing of events across multiple customers. • Transitioning new accounts, including defining customer, loading resources, training Operations, analyzing monitors and creating and implementing automaton plans. Installing different Netcool probes to support accounts. Updating and customize Netcool rules for unique situations.• Migrating new accounts to Netcool. Create and implement automation in Netcool environment. Install various Netcool probes as required for the accounts. Work with monitoring and account teams to receive events and properly automate actions in Netcool. • Steady state support of the shared Netcool environment. This includes troubleshooting and researching issues and maintaining system availability. Incorporate new event sources from existing accounts. Create or modify automation and Netcool rules as needed or requested.

Work with monitoring teams to redirect event sources to Netcool. • Steady state support of the shared Netcool environment. This includes troubleshooting and researching issues. Implement and incorporate new event sources from existing accounts. Create or modify automation and Netcool rules as needed or requested. Create IDs and define resources.Other duties include basic support of legacy TEC environment.

Member of a team which supported the Tivoli Monitoring infrastructure for 4700 servers on the Disney account. I was responsible for all Inventory, software distribution and security compliance activities. Tested and applied patches to Framework, TEC, TCM and ITM. Shared working on creating and deploying ITM 5.2 monitors and building a new ITM 6.2 infrastructure.

Key member of the Transition team to implement Tivoli Globally for American Express. This new environment managed the global American Express distributed environment. It consists of nine interconnected Tivoli regions managing endpoints in over 20 countries. Provided key input into the design and configuration of the environment, Met with users/customers to define requirements. Participated in the building and configuring of the infrastructure. Escalation point for Technical issues. Technical and architectural lead in charge of the Tivoli environment supporting American Express Financial Advisors in Minneapolis. This Environment consists of two Tivoli regions, one supporting the desktop environment and one supporting the server and network environment. This role provides the technical direction for the environment, including configuration, upgrades, enhancements and projects involving Tivoli.
