One primary funciton was to assess the conditon of residential properties, through both comparable analysis of neighborhoods, as well as using personal judgement through prior experience and training. Another function was to lead informal and formal property value protests, using sales information and conditional evidence to determine fair market values.

I assisted the new home sales consultant in presenting featured properties to potential home buyers. My tasks included maintaining constant organization of the properties, as well as being knowledgeable of all features and amenities.

My primary functions were to drive throughout Houston as I identified the condition and assessed the value of properties set to be auctioned off as foreclosures at the downtown courthouse, which I also attended. Part of the assessment process included researching market values through MLS, HAR and HCAD.
