As the former studio director at Galvanic Games, I spent a decade building a team and a company focused on designing high quality indie games. Of the titles we worked on, I'm most proud of Wizard with a Gun (built with Devolver Digital) and Some Distant Memory (built with Way Down Deep).Now my goal is to help other game studios avoid some of the mistakes I made in the past, build a sustainable business model and team (in an inherently unstable industry), and focus on the important aspects of making a game into the most fun experience and product possible with the resources at hand. I do some consulting work, but I'm primarily looking for a team where I can help lead the business and studio operations from a Chief Operating Officer (COO) position.
