I am currently in final year studying a Bachelor of Business Honours degree in TUS Midlands. Part of the Deans honours list for the academic year 22/23 for achieving first class honours drafted in the year of study. I completed my work placement within Athlone and Castlerea Credit Union which lasted for 8 months.I work in Center Parcs in County Longford part time as a High Ropes Instructor. My instruction to detail is essential as this job requires a high level of safety. Within this job I manage risk, have developed resilience, need a high level of concentration, have a very high standard of communication and listening skills as giving people safety briefs and answering any questions from guests and overcoming problem-solving daily, and working out a strategy to achieve the best outcome or solution to a problem. These activities teach children and young people how to evaluate a situation or task, plan a method of execution and then execute that strategy. In addition, working as a team is very important to execute these daily.While I was in secondary school, during transition year and 5th year I volunteered visiting the local day care center once week every Wednesday. I also completed the Bronze Gaisce award and the Pope John Paul award also. All of these have helped me greatly with communication and meeting new people. In 6th year I was chosen as Head Boy of the school and attended meetings with the principal and talked at open days and nights the hundreds of people about the school and my time within. In my free time, I like to spend my time meeting with family and friends. I enjoy playing GAA with my local club Legan Sarsfields and love travelling to different countries and experiencing the world.
