• Assist in monthly closing procedures including bank reconciliations and financial statements• Record monthly journal entries including accruals, depreciation, amortization of prepaid expenses• Assist in calculating, recording and invoicing management fees for all onshore/offshore investments in all funds• Calculate placement agent fees from related placed onshore/offshore placed investments in all funds• Assist in filing Federal & State taxes (Corporate, Individual, Sales & Use, Commercial Rent)• Assist with audit process (requests for information, schedules, support)• Calculate, record and invoice revenue from affiliate usage of company jet• Maintain detailed monthly flight log of company jet activity for imputed income & corporate disallowance purposes• Maintain analyses of other aircraft operation expenses• Ad hoc schedules as requested by management committee• Prepare monthly schedules for management reporting binder• Assist Human Resources in reconciliation of employee benefits, as well as in the creation of other internal policies• Process payables for all consolidated and affiliate entities, and provide detailed support schedules / contracts of important expenditures• Manage all vendor relationships• Daily cash management for all business accounts

• Receiving/Matching and processing Purchase Orders and Service Purchase Agreements for 1221 Avenue Holdings• Processing daily Wire Transfer/ACH payments initiated by Accounts Payable & Treasury for various business units, including inter-company (monthly) bookings, first-of-the-month contracts and weekly funding. • Assisting with the daily edit check to ensure accuracy of all data entered, and matching of checks• Maintaining the upload check file registering all valid checks cut within a specific date parameter to JPMorgan Chase Bank, filtering duplicate and already-voided checks.• Auditing company employee Expense Reports for accuracy and proper authorization, as well as processing them for reimbursement• Entering approved invoices into Yardi Enterprises system for 1251 Management• Corresponding and coordinating with the different departments and business units to ensure invoice/accounting accuracy, and efficiency• Assisting vendors and inter-company personnel with concerns about past-due invoices, status of current invoices, and other concerns• Opening/time-stamping incoming mail and inputting invoices into tracking system before sending them out for approval• General Office Duties: incoming/outgoing faxing, filing, data entry/record keeping, copying, editing• Receiving approved invoices from various business units and processing for check/automatic clearing house payment
