• Manage, monitor, and update a highly available 3-tier SaaS application that is hosted in AWS. The architecture includes EC2 instances within a target group behind an ALB serving web traffic, and a Microsoft SQL data layer that is hosted on either an EC2 or RDS instance. The entire application sits behind an Imperva Web Application Firewall (WAF).• 3 years of experience spent daily in AWS creating and supporting Lambda functions, security groups, IAM roles and policies, CloudWatch alarms, SQS queues, S3 buckets, Route53 records, DynamoDB tables, and ECS Fargate tasks, all of which are involved in creating the network of infrastructure needed for smooth operation of the underlying applications.• Designed an update process for deploying AWS cloud infrastructure that has been used by the team for the last 3 years. Wrote code in Terraform, an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool that is utilized to efficiently create and destroy infrastructure with the Blue Green deployment methodology. Created over 40 SaaS 3-tier production environments using Terraform.• Use Chef, a configuration management tool, to keep server fleet consistent. Written and maintain Chef recipes and cookbooks.• Use Lambda functions to automate tasks such as detecting server creation or deletion, and to add or remove servers to/from various systems including Rundeck, CloudWatch alarms, and our monitoring system, Zabbix. Working on using New Relic now.• Created an automated deployment pipeline for the Development team using Harbor, AWS ECR, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and ECS. A docker push command triggers the process and finishes with a newly deployed ECS Fargate task.• Strive to be DevOps oriented, working with QA and Dev teams to migrate on-premise resources to AWS, and providing insight on how to better automate deployments into newly created AWS infrastructure. • Independently designed an automation test system utilizing C# .NET and the Selenium browser automation tool to perform automatic testing on the company's instance of Salesforce.com. • Involved in project management, requirements gathering, design and development of the automated test system and framework. Framework designed so that others could write scripts to add to a library of test cases/scripts.• System interaction with a SQL Server database, Web Services, and Windows Server Interaction.• Testing was targeted at sales-related operations such as quoting, pricing, and order processing in Salesforce.com.• Worked with an AGILE development team to incorporate regression testing alongside sprint cycles.• Basic Python scripting. Python was used to pull Salesforce data and populate into an Excel spreadsheet.

• Automated Software Tester, Manual Software Tester, and Test Developer for embedded automotive infotainment systems.• Analyzed Software Requirement Specification documents (SRS) and translated those requirements into various test cases, test plans, and test scripts to cover all product requirements and features. Automated and manual testing performed.• Wrote automated test scripts in NI TestStand using C++ code techniques along with specific API's to track CAN messages and numerous other triggers such as Bluetooth profiles and serial debug messages from the DUT.• Found and identified product defects and submitted Software Change Requests (SCR) with Serena TeamTrack bug manager.• Analyzed and collected data logs from the DUT. Serial logs and CAN logs. Used these logs to debug issues and as evidence of defects when submitting SCRs to the software development and requirements teams. Worked closely with these teams.• Extensive experience with CAN technology. Vector CANoe. Tracking CAN bus messages and hex signal checking.• Participated on several fast-paced projects (project lengths approximately one year).
