I am assigned to the Resident Engineer of the USAID-Funded Secondary Education Expansion for Development (SEED) Contract Management Consultant Project. My duty station was Blantyre, and my roles include.• Driving the Resident Engineer to all construction sites for supervision and monitoring• Recording mileage and fuel usage and doing monthly fuel reconciliations• Ensuring vehicle roadworthiness and safety by adhering to service schedules, day to day checks and tyre checks and ensuring insurance, certiHicate of Hitness is up to date.• Maintaining a clean vehicle and ensuring all tools (spare tyre, jack and spanners) and supplies Hirst aid kit, sanitisers, masks and water are available at all times.

I worked as a Driver for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on a Youth Empowerment Project and School Nutrition Project which ended. My duties include:• Driving project staff, ofHice visitors, and guests to targeted districts.• Running errands for the project ofHice, e.g., sending letters and messages, paying bills, and buying smaller quantities of ofHice supplies or refreshments, data collection in schools• Transporting equipment and supplies to districts and schools• Maintaining accurately a vehicle logbook and documenting personnel movements in assigned vehicle and reconciling fuel• Arranging for regular service, tyre change and wheel balancing and carrying out minor maintenance and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and disinfecting• Vehicle cleaning and sanitizing in line with the standard operational procedures and diligently following the guidelines for vehicle management

I worked as a Driver for Imani Consulting LTD on a DFID funded project known as the Business Innovation Project. My duties included.• Drove donors, staff, and consultants to project sites for data collection, supervisory and monitoring visits• Managed fueling and fuel reconciliations and logbook records• Assigned vehicles for trips to fellow drivers• Arranged for vehicle service and tyre changes• Ensured Hirst-aid box was well stocked with valid drugs and materials and kept assigned vehicle clean

Maintained motor vehicle logs and monitored fuel consumption, mileage and carried out minor vehicle repairs.• Ensured that the vehicles have necessary equipment like spare tyres, tyre changing equipment (jack and wheel spanner) and ensured vehicle cleanliness
