I project managed the technical implementation and performance testing of an offshore developed Java based web application with multiple integration points to manage core business processes for a Public Sector client. Post Go Live of the application, I am Technical Lead for the application with responsibility for all technical elements of the application and project managing the implementation of offshore developed releases through to production. I am also responsible for managing the performance test process for the implementation of an offshore developed Java based Case File Mgt web application to integrate with a Central European system for tracking of entities.

I was involved in project management for the implementation of an Accenture developed Java based Object Tracking system with multiple integration points for a Public Sector client with responsibility for: - Management of performance test teams Offshore and at client site- Management of application peripherals procurement and rollout countrywide- Creation and management of data migration process

- Team lead for Central Environments team of 3 resources for Public Sector client. Responsible for server builds, environments maintenance and release management across test and Production environments.- Nov 2014: Role change to collaborate with client team Mgt to be contractor team lead for Service Desk, Security, Hardware and Migration teams with - a total of 18 resources. Co-ordinated the move of Service Desk function from 7/11 Mon-Fri to 24/7 365 function including hiring of additional resources.- Jan 2016: Role change to Performance Test Lead and Environmental architecture lead for implementation of a Enterprise Content Management system.

- Central Environments team member for a public sector client responsible for server builds, environments maintenance and release management across test and Production environments. - Environments team representative for a SAN upgrade project and consolidation of client DB licensing.
