Responsible for administrative oversight and support for programs across Wisconsin and Minnesota. This includes managing budgets, grant writing, data and data systems management, training, manager/staff development, and leading organizational initiatives involving DEI, curriculum development, and policy/procedure development.

Oversight of the provision of services for Milwaukee County contracts including: the Adult Drug Treatment Court, Central Liaison Unit, Treatment Alternatives and Diversion Program, Trauma Informed Care Program, Cognitive Behavioral Program, Peer Support Program, United House Supportive Services, and St. Anthony's Apartments Supportive Services.

Oversight for the case management services provided to the Milwaukee County Drug Treatment Court, coordination and case management of the Central Liaison Unit, Treatment Alternatives and Diversion Program, and Cognitive Behavioral and Trauma Informed Programming. Additional duties include oversight of Cognitive Behavioral and Trauma Informed Programming contracts for Region 3 of the Department of Community Corrections.

Coordination of the the Milwaukee County Early Interventions programs.

Supervised, trained, and coordinated up to 10 soldiers. Deployed to Iraq in 2002-2003 and Afghanistan in 2009-2010 and served in a combat role including force protection and training of the National Police in those countries.
