I have devoted most of my last 22 years to leading large groups of individuals from varied demographics in the planning and execution of personal and team-oriented goals. I have coordinated a staff to successfully recruit hundreds of athletes from multiple states to various colleges and universities. I have managed scholarship and operational funds on a budget.
