Patrick K. He eliminated structural debt, reconstituted sound fundraising practices, and reopened the Manhattan headquarters. He maintained fiscal discipline and positioned the organization to play a critical role in the upcoming presidential election. He was a frequent commentator and guest on local networks and nationally on Fox and MSNBC. Operational Excellence In the late 1990s, Patrick became a managing partner of one of the largest and most recognized consumer bankruptcy firms in the New York metropolitan area with offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island. He implemented a hub concept with petition preparation and legal pleadings centrally prepared, invested in technology to have all three offices seamlessly operate, and increased the firm’s profit per client ratio. He was the New York representative to the American Consumer Bankruptcy College (ACBC) and remains a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). As a consumer bankruptcy attorney Patrick spent many hours listening to Chapter 13 debtors, who often struggled to navigate a cumbersome and costly payment process.
