I am currently working for St Bride's Managers as an Portfolio Surveyor on multiple commercial property funds across the UK. We invest in and manage properties across a range of sectors, including; offices, industrials, retail (high-street and retail warehouse), student accommodation and hotels.

I spent 18 months working with Wellgate Health in their Acquisitions department, primarily sourcing and analysing suitable sites for development into elderly care homes. I have also been involved with the analysis of care home companies to potentially acquire.

I spent a year as a Research Analyst at Greenridge Investment Management, primarily managing and analysing their investment introductions, among other things, and learning lots about the world of Real Estate Investment. Part-time alongside my Masters degree.

I spent four months as an Intern at JMAN Group, working primarily on a digital marketing campaign to drive membership sales for a professional sports club, using data to inform strategy decisions. On top of this, I was trained in analysing complex data sets and presenting them in a clear and visual format.

I spent three months working for a Sports Charity, looking to improve grass-roots cricket in London through the provision of new facilities. My role was to identify suitable public parks as potential sites for new facilities, and then to liaise with County Boards, Councils, the ECB and the trustees of the LCT to gain approval of the site. After three months, I presented 29 new sites that were unanimously endorsed by the London Cricket Trust Trustees.
