Is the founder and principal of West 7. Patrick brings over 12 years of architecture, design and real estate development experience to West 7, including experience on both sides of the architect/ client relationship. Patrick understands the delicate balance between the needs and desires of a project, on one hand, and the project’s time and budget constraints on the other. Patrick’s wide breadth of architectural experience includes commercial, retail (enclosed mall and power centers), suburban office, mixed-use, industrial and senior care accommodations. Patrick also has experience negotiating commercial lease terms and providing tenant improvements in commercial, retail, light-industrial and office environments. Patrick graduated from the University of Utah with a master’s degree in architecture and a member of the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
