• Act as liaison between employees and/or management by interpreting personnel policies and procedures and resolving employee concerns as they relate to the CBA• Advise individual or management team on matters related to the administration of contract and other negotiated rules and policies• Manage all grievance steps and represent or assist with arbitration hearings• Coordinate with the management team to administer the grievance procedures • Collaborate with legal, executive team, human resources, and operations with collective bargaining negotiations• Assist human resources and departments to follow up, discuss, or conduct investigations as it relates to CBA complaints and/or grievances • Mediate workplace conflicts with an aim of resolving grievances, both formal and informal grievances, at the earliest stage possible• Participate in the new employee orientation to review CBA • Assist human resources and other departments with the disciplinary process as needed• Manage and works closely with human resources to maintain the VIS grievance log and record keeping requirements • Manage the attendance policy point distribution program and prepares attendance discipline documentation• Analyze and reports attendance and grievance trends and provide recommendations during the HR monthly meetings
