Patrick is a versatile professional with a solid background in both military service and information security management. As a Seaman in the U.S. Coast Guard from October 2018 to March 2021, I demonstrated leadership by being entrusted with sole responsibility over multi-million dollar military assets, ensuring the security of personnel and assets, and maintaining detailed record-keeping for ship and base operations. Additionally, I served as a customer service representative and liaison for the Coast Guard.In my current role as a Site Security Manager at IntellecTechs Inc. in Gulfport, MS, since January 2023, I have taken on the responsibility of controlling, verifying, and issuing Uniformed Service Identification Cards (USID) and Common Access Cards (CAC) for various military members and eligible recipients. Utilizing the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting Systems (DEERS) and Real-Time Automated Identification Systems (RAPIDS), I efficiently perform ID card and CAC issuance tasks, including eligibility verification and entitlement discussions as defined in AFI 36-3026 (I) and the RAPIDS training guide.Meticulously registering, processing, and maintaining personnel records in DEERS and RAPIDS databases, I ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols. My role extends to executing customer service duties, such as coordinating appointments and ensuring customer needs are met. I take pride in establishing and maintaining respectful, courteous working relationships with customers and coworkers, conducting over 300 transactions and issuing 200+ ID's weekly.I am now seeking opportunities that allow me to leverage my diverse skill set, encompassing military asset management, security protocols, and customer service, to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.
