For as long as I can remember I have been trying to become a “real life” superhero. I have always loved their motivations and bravery to stand up and help others. Maturing now, I have realized that superheroes, in a comical “super suit”, are made up and not practical, but this doesn’t mean that there aren’t real life superheroes. The real life superheroes are the ones that put a special suit on and go out in the world to help others. A few examples could be a policeman, a firefighter, or possibly even a paramedic. I have come to realize that I have an extreme passion for one different type of superhero. I am of course talking about a doctor. Doctors are people that save lives and truly want to help others. Using my knowledgeable skill set, I have put myself on a path to become a doctor and be the superhero I always dreamed of being. I am early in my journey seeing as I am only in first year Biochemistry, but I am prepared for the long journey and excited to be fulfilling my childhood dreams.

  I am a meat-department employee at the Freshco located in Lasalle, Ontario, Canada. I was first employed when I was 15 years old in the month of August, 2020. I have since worked there and will continue to do so until either a better opportunity presents itself, or when I am finished school. I have throughly enjoyed my employment for the past 3 years and have no regrets with my decision to begin and continue working at Freshco.
