Out of the box thinking isn't necessary when you know what works and what doesn't. Undoing the usual routines while making changes is challenging but once the benefits are recognized everyone comes over to your side.There was a time I warehoused live aquatic marine animals, such as fish, coral, jellyfish, starfish, crabs, shrimp, and snails whose survival rate was so dismal I had to move fast - increasing the quality of maintaining them that increased not only our product's numbers but fulfilled orders without the expected complaints that the company had disregarded as normal for so long. If you can warehouse something living effectively, that product on the top shelf gathering dust, un-inventoried and unrecognized will never get out of that warehouse. That's where I come in.
