Patrick Thomas, a twenty-year veteran in residential real estate sales, began his career in Santa Fe, New Mexico. By his fifth year, Patrick achieved ranking in the top five percent of the national/ international firm where he worked as an associate broker. During his two decades of real estate experience in Santa Fe, Patrick became the top-selling broker, both in dollar volume and number of successfully closed transactions, in the competitive Santa Fe area.Patrick’s background as a family therapist has guided his real estate career. “A thumbnail sketch of real estate and therapy can be characterized as establishing a relationship of rapport and trust with your client, finding out what they want to achieve, and then working in a collaborative way toward those objectives,” Patrick explains. Through selling with integrity, professionalism, and astute communication skills, Patrick has built a highly-regarded reputation and loyal customer base.Community service is also important to Patrick. Along with other community projects, he has served on the Southwestern College Board of Trustees and in many capacities for the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, including two terms on the board of directors and chairperson of various committees. He has also coached youth soccer, basketball and Little League. Patrick lives in Brookline with his wife, Sarah, a doctoral student at Boston University, and their two sons, Jackson and Lucas.
