As a project manager for Ryan Gootee General Contractors, I create, update, manage and maintain schedules and budgets for each project I run. I manage subcontractors on the job including scope review, contract administration and performance supervision. As a project manager, I have overseen several new construction and renovation projects such as Corporate Offices for Crescent Towing, an administrative building for the Lighthouse for the Blind and a multi-purpose building for Christian Brothers School in City Park. Currently, I am working on the Newman School Early Childhood Village.

As manager for Katie's Restaurant for two years, my main responsibilities were to ensure that daily operations of the restaurant ran efficiently and profitably. I coordinated a variety of activities, such as scheduling shifts, managing staff, responding to customer feedback, meeting customers and recruiting, training and motivating staff. I also supervised the shifts of the kitchen and cleaning staff all the while maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety for Katie's. While manager, Katie's received numerous accolades from dining reviews around the city.
