• Collaborate with Music at Marsh Chapel for weekly religious services and concert series• Serve Chapel Choir in a leadership role• Lead sectional rehearsals

• Independently contracted music performances as a tenor vocalist• Music arranger, orchestrator, editor, and engraver

• oversee Department operating budget, including internal auditing, financial analysis, and development of financial strategy• track teaching hours and monitor payment schedule for all part-time faculty members• maintain Department course schedule in coordination with School and College scheduling personnel• assist Student Services with registration, advising, and grading• maintain database tracking recital completion and dissertation progress• act as primary contact for building and facility issues for Department• identify and reserve event spaces; satisfy associated technology needs• arrange schedules and accommodations for guest artists and search candidates including travel, housing• serve as Executive Assistant to Department Chair• facilitate flow of communication between Chair and students, faculty, staff, visitors• draft and distribute memoranda, letters, emails, informational documents• schedule and minute Department meetings
