Senior Buyer
Current-Develop and implement sourcing, negotiations and purchasing for non- project goods and services: investments, overhead materials, tools, safety equipment, ICT (software and hardware) contracts, subcontracting-Facilities Management, utilities (gas, water, electricity) and office services (Telecoms, furniture, cleaning, ICT…)-Apply strategic sourcing process to negotiate, write and implement group contracts-Strategic purchasing involvement in projects and assist Business Unit Buyers-ICT hard-and software sourcing, negotiations and purchases for projects-Escalation point in special situations with suppliers-Maintain stratigic relationship with suppliers-Supplier evaluations & KPI follow-up-Consolidation of purchasing figures & spend analysis-Build cross-functional segment teams to understand the stakeholder’s requirements and opportunities for improvement and standardization within the Agidens Group.-Sourcing, negotiation, contracting of external white collars (engineers, designers, project managers…) -Workflow manager Agidens warehouse
