Led Forestry England's community woodland programme within the Thames Chase Community Forest and Thames Gateway. Managed a programme that contributed towards the sustainable development and expansion of the community woodland estate for timber, people and wildlife. Effectively worked with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. Sought out external funding opportunities that contribute towards the organisations community woodland programme objectives.

Managed the operational programme for a 520 hectare community woodland estate within the Thames Chase Community Forest and Thames Gateway. Prepared and implemented plans that delivered forest and environmental management operations following health & safety and best practice technical guidance. Created opportunities for public use of the estate for a range of recreational activities.

Promotion, development and management of former mineral extraction sites (200 ha) regenerated to peri-urban woodland for informal recreation and new habitat creation. Prepare and implement plans to deliver forest and environmental management.
