In my role as VLE Technician, I was required to provide technical systems support for Ixion's VLE via Microsoft Sharepoint; designed and developed e-learning and online course via Articulate Storyline; provided e-learning system support for VLE enrolments; acted as first point of contact for e-learning technical enquiries, including configuration and layout of sites, courses and modules; provided e-learning systems training for both learners and tutors; and worked collaboratively with ARU's LDS department.
