My journey through the engineering and manufacturing worlds has taught me one key lesson: the magic happens when hands-on workers and engineers speak the same language. As an Engineering Manager with experience from Hammerton to international projects, I’ve learned to navigate and bridge the complexities of design and production. My background in Mechanical Engineering and leadership roles across the US and Mexico has given me a deep appreciation for the craft of turning ideas into tangible successes.I've seen too often the gap that can form between the minds that design and the hands that build. My goal is to close that gap. By fostering a spirit of cooperation and understanding, I work towards a workplace where every project surpasses expectations. Adopting Scrum and Agile principles, I focus on making continuous improvements, adapting to new challenges, and empowering teams to achieve their best.Leadership for me isn't just about being in charge. It's about taking the journey together, whether leading teams in the engineering field, steering clubs and sports teams, or being an active member of a fraternity.
