Responsible in facilitating the implementation of a disciplinary action in case of violation of company policy.• Prepares and maintains an updated record of offenses committed by employees at Site and actions taken thereon as reference for future company actions.• Prepares Contracts of Project Employment and Job Description.• Prepares and facilitates supplies requisition of the project site (Office supplies, Construction supplies & PPE).• Monitors and submits inventory report of office supplies.• Conducts site inspections.• Issues office uniforms and PPE.

• Daily in-depth assessment/screening of all applicant• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.• Maintain 201 Files. • Creating company IDs for new employees and releasing of uniforms • Creating employee contracts & assisting in contract signing • Orienting employee’s Job Description in the company• Creating Office Memorandum discussed by the management• Orienting employees regarding Company Policies• Checking of Daily Time Records of the employees for Payroll• Uploading of Employee’s Salaries to Online Banks• Processing of Debit Cards for new employees• Monthly paying of Employee’s Government Contributions via Over the counter & Online Banking

RECRUITMENT- Consolidate and Prepares job vacancies every month and send it to Peso offices and Job Placement- Job postings in FB, Indeed, Fastjobs and other job sites - Search for the possible source of applicants- Invite and Schedule job interviews- Request In-house- Job Fairs in Peso Offices- Schedule interviews in different area (depending on the needs of company)- Prepare and handle all the materials in recruitment (application form, assessment materials, endorsement letters, list of requirements, job posters, job banners)- Interview applicants (Phone and Face to face)- Schedule and conduct Orientation for new employees- Monitoring of recruitment monthly report and send it to Peso offices and Job Placement- Answer all concerns in recruitment- Give Instructions in pre-employment requirements.- Hold all the files in Recruitment (201 files, Leave Forms, Return to work form etc.)
