Line manager, and task manager to a large team of planners, schedulers and external function contractors, delivering new connections, installing smart meters and repairing/maintaining the city’s water network.Responsible for the development and delivery of project life cycles. I am the focal point for a contract consisting of over 62 projects every day, ranging from new water connections to the repair/maintenance of the city’s network.Constant review analysis meetings with stakeholders to improve planning and scheduling process.Support resource planning, whilst forecasting resource requirements including materials, equipment and labor.Develop/manage dashboards and program-wide project requirements to monitor progress of in-day work and manage timelines, whilst engaging with wider project team to plan future projects.Design KPI’s to track performance and analyse change request management through tracking reports.Hold daily meetings to analyse risk analysis with stakeholders to ensure overrun’s and FPN costs are minimised.Carry out productivity analysis of labor force.Resource manage and resource level, whilst supporting the service channel by providing continuous engagement with customers, client, contractors, government, local councils, traffic management facilitators and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within permit.Carry out various audits during and after project completion, then create and submit output documents.Constantly communicating with stakeholders to provide visibility on progress of works.Proficient in using Primavera P6, SAP, Sharepoint, MS Project, FFA, Excel, Outlook and MS Word.Ensure all risks are escalated to wider team whilst recording risk items and maintaining risk register.Manage inventory daily to ensure work flow is harmonious.Forecast weekly, monthly and yearly connection requests, labor demands, materials and equipment whilst collaborating with wider network to determine water demand.
