As part of the people and culture team I was employed specifically on a year long contract to support the People & Talent requirements across the media brands and the acquisition of Match Media and integration of Blue449.I was responsible for driving all talent requirements into the Australian offices on a national basis implementing long term and operational talent acquisition and employer brand strategy across the business. I worked closely with global offices to support international talent flow to define, execute and educate the business across sourcing strategies and recruit the best people whilst embedding strong employee value propositions, branding and processes. I identified and sourced appropriate talent for open opportunities within the organisation, working with internal teams and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
