-Casper Suite / JAMF co-administrator: Managed all Macintosh laptops across the enterprise.-Helped manage Okta, Jive Software’s SSO solution, and the new Google G Suite mail system.-Trained a new IT contractor for the Portland office.-Traveled to Israel office to do hardware inventory and help close the office.-Helped users and managers identify the new owners of services orphaned by the Aurea merger.

-Supported over 700 employees local, and remote, in a mixed PC, Mac, and Linux environment.-Setup access and hardware for new hires coming in, and removed access for outgoing users in a SOC2 certified shop.-Shoretel VOIP administration, including desk phone and softphone management.-Maintained local conference room hardware and software. Supported Vidyo, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, LogMeIn, Webex and Intercall.-Rewrote the majority of the IT procedure documents, which improved the time to setup and terminate new users.-Administered Active Directory Users and Computers, Exchange Management Console, and Exchange ECP on a daily basis.-Re-wrote all on-boarding and off-boarding documentation, bringing them into the present and also provided more granular how-to steps to cut down times to perform these very time consuming procedures.-Became a lead ticket closer in the IT Support team by consistently closing 100+ tickets a week.
