• Processed a wide variety of sample types using Mineral Liberation Analyzer (MLA), Qemscan, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) for both exploration and mineral processing clients.• Wrote reports to clients outlining the results from MLA, Qemscan, and XRD processing, which facilitated proper communication and transparency between the firm and clients.• Designed new process for report-making using macros, which reduced report creation time from hours to seconds on MLA, allowing for improved throughput while ensuring data quality and greater focus on mineralogy.• Developed a new process for sample preparation, implemented by acquiring appropriate equipment, as well as hiring and training new employees, resulting in a notable reduction in turnaround time on client samples—from four hours to approximately 10 minutes.
