As the Coffee Research Assistant, I was responsible mainly for research of topics such as forest and land tenure laws in Brazil, climate positive or climate neutral sustainability strategies in the coffee and cocoa sector, and deforestation and literacy rates in Uganda. Findings from research were used for external and internal distribution or for data analysis.

As an intern at the Peace Corps, I assisted in several projects that included researching policies and other agency reports, helping to create a new directive, and updating current policies and manuals.

As the receptionist, I was responsible for the general office management and administration. My duties included scheduling patients' appointments, organizing and filing office documents, handling patients' billing, and submitting insurance claims.
