CurrentGeneral job responsibilities:Assist clients calling forHardware issues.Software issues.General enquiries.Redirection to correct phone number assistance.Log jobs.Escalate jobs.Contact clients and assist with issues when requested.When dealing with the client with issues related software or hardware issues, the technician would instruct the client to perform various troubleshooting steps, based on the clients feedback per each step a ticket would be generated with the relevant information to escalate to a response team.Technicians would also be responsible for general account maintenance like password resets, unlocks and account re-enables, and advising the user about their accounts current status.
