As an attorney, Patrick focused on commercial transactions and litigation and before spending twelve years as general counsel and senior executive at the American Cancer Society. There, in addition to managing governance, legal and risk functions, he oversaw strategic planning and developed the enterprise-wide relationship management and leadership programs. Patrick consults on live deals involving negotiation, pitches and roadshows. He also provides group training and individual coaching on leadership, communication, negotiation, sales, and relationship management.
